We will not share or sell your information (including e-mail addresses) to anyone. You will only receive periodic system e-mails from us. Your information is not given away, sold, or shared to any third party members. It is strictly so we can be in communication with you and inform you of what is going on with the site. You may receive anywhere from 1-5 emails per week from us. There may be an instance where we email you twice in one day. An example of that would be if we send an email to all members, and then notice an error in the email, or there is an important update regarding that message.

We will not send emails trying to market or spam you into third party programs. However, if we add a new program to the system, we will email all members informing them of the update. You will also be receiving emails regarding major site changes. This includes new features to the site and/or fixed errors.

Most importantly, we just want to make you aware that we are not using your email address for marketing practices or spamming. It is solely used to keep you informed of our site and "in the loop". Your email address is only available to us, and no matter what, will never be given to anyone else. There also is the ability for active members to "unsubscribe" from the system emails at any time. By default, you receive the system emails just by creating an account with the Bear Marketing System. If you feel you don't want these emails, you can opt out of them and still remain a valuable part of our team.
